The Community Legal Education Association (CLEA) operates the Law Phone-In & Lawyer Referral Program. Callers are assisted with legal information, summary advice and a referral to a lawyer if appropriate. CLEA also has plain language legal publications, Frequently Asked Questions, videos, a Speakers Bureau and resources for self-represented litigants.
The Legal Help Centre (LHC) is a charitable organization that strives to increase access to legal and social service systems for lower income residents in Winnipeg. LHC does this by providing legal information and referrals through drop-in clinics and educational workshops.
